Quality Control

The collection having an equipped laboratory with experienced and of expertise personnel, perform various experiments and controls which are defined by the Institute of Standards and Industrial Research of Iran regarding the consumed raw materials and manufactured product to supply to marketplace a product with the highest quality. The process of quality control performs in following parts:

A) Inspection and testing of raw materials.

Consumed raw materials after being purchased and transferred to store examines by the head of quality control among which are the following: 

1) To determine the percentage of soot: for this purpose a device called electric furnace is used. Sampled raw materials will be placed on arks and put in glass pipe made of quartz is heat resistance toward 1000° C. Then purified nitrogen flow enters the quartz tube. The 600 degree heat of electric furnace causes the breakup of materials and soot remains in arks. 

2) To determine the rate of melted flow of raw materials: this test carries out by a machine called MRF. After determining the certain value of raw materials, it will be uploaded in device cylinders, then push the piston pressure on materials so that the materials pull of the machine as filament. The filaments are cut by cutter and in the scheduled time. After receiving a at least three filament with no bubble or... the samples will be weigh in and the results are specified. 

3) To confirm lack of moist in materials: The consumed raw materials must be free from any moisture.

B) Inspection and testing during manufacture and product.

Inspection and testing during manufacture and product During manufacture as well the tests are being done which as follows: 

1) Marking control: this is done by marking machine that must be accurate and legible. 

2) Appearance control: the product must be of good appearance and no defect. 

3) Packing check: the product must be packaged so that will be no damage to the product. 

4) Status of mixing raw materials: in some cases the material may be without soot therefore in mixing the materials high attention should be paid. 

5) Control of product’s sidewall thickness: sidewall thickness should be according to the standard table and not exceed the specified limit. 

6) Specify the percentage of final product’s soot: according to the method of specifying the percentage of raw material soot. 

7) Hydrostatic pressure test at 80°C for 1000 hours and 20°C for 10 hours 

8) Specify the product’s melted flow rate (MRF) in accordance with the method of determining the molten flow of raw material. 

9) Two poles. 

10) Percentage of thickness difference. 

11) Burst pressure. 

12) Diffusion and distribution of soot 

13) Thermal stability OIT 

14) The effect of pipes on water test 

15) Thermal return
